This Privacy Policy describes how Music & Image to Video ("we", "our", or "the app") handles your information when you use our application available for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.

Music & Image to Video is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe your personal data belongs to you, and we've built our app to respect that belief.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, store, transmit, or share:
- Your images or photos
- Your audio or music files
- Videos created by the app
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Usage analytics or tracking data
- Device information
- Location data
3. How the App Works
3.1 Local Processing
All video creation happens entirely on your device. When you select an image and audio file, the app processes them locally on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac to create a video. Your files never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to upload them.
3.2 File Storage
The app stores your projects, images, audio files, and created videos in your device's local storage. These files are:
- Stored only on your device
- Protected by your device's security (encryption, passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
- Never uploaded to our servers (we don't have any servers)
- Only accessible by you and the app
4. YouTube Integration
4.1 Optional Feature
Connecting your YouTube account is completely optional. You can use all core features of the app (creating and exporting videos) without ever connecting to YouTube.
4.2 What We Access
If you choose to connect your YouTube account, the app requests the following permissions:
- Upload videos to YouTube - To upload videos you explicitly choose to share
- View your YouTube account information - To display your account email/name in the app
4.3 How YouTube Integration Works
When you connect your YouTube account:
- We use Google OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication
- Your credentials are handled directly by Google - we never see your YouTube password
- We receive an access token that allows the app to upload videos on your behalf
- This token is stored securely in your device's Keychain (encrypted storage)
- We only access your YouTube account when you explicitly click "Upload to YouTube"
- You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time from the app's Settings
4.4 What We Do NOT Do
We do not:
- Access or view your existing YouTube videos
- Modify or delete your YouTube videos
- Access your YouTube watch history
- Access your YouTube subscriptions or playlists
- Share your YouTube data with third parties
- Store your videos on our servers
4.5 Direct Upload
When you upload a video to YouTube, the upload happens directly from your device to YouTube's servers. The video does not pass through any of our servers (because we don't have any).
5. Data Security
Since all data is stored locally on your device:
- Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features
- We recommend keeping your device software up to date
- We recommend using a strong passcode and enabling Face ID or Touch ID
- If you lose your device, your data is protected by your device's encryption
6. Third-Party Services
6.1 Google/YouTube
If you choose to connect your YouTube account, your interaction with YouTube is governed by:

We do not integrate with any other third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.
7. Children's Privacy
Our app does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app can be safely used by users of all ages.
8. Your Rights and Controls
You have complete control over your data:
- Delete projects - Delete any project and its associated files from within the app
- Export videos - Save videos to any location you choose
- Disconnect YouTube - Revoke YouTube access from the app's Settings at any time
- Uninstall the app - Deleting the app removes all locally stored data
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
- Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy
- Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
- If changes are significant, we may provide a notice in the app
